La cuarta y mayor temporada de Chinois Ibiza hasta la fecha arranca en mayo con un cartel de fiesta espectacular. No es de extrañar que artistas como Roger Sanchez, Maceo Plex, Joris Voorn, Patrice Bäumel, Sam Divine, Jan Blomqvist, Acid Pauli… vengan a Chinois, “el club de Ibiza”, impregnado del espíritu de la Isla Blanca y su gente: una comunidad inclusiva y diversa enclavada en el puerto deportivo de Ibiza, dentro del Gran Hotel, un refrescante cambio de los superclubs, desde la pista de baile hasta la discoteca. Siendo el primer club en abrir en Ibiza este verano, y tras arrancar con una serie de espectaculares eventos en abril, mayo simplemente continúa la fiesta…

El viernes 2 de mayo abre con el ecléctico house/techno en directo del alemán Acid Pauli, y con su colaborador ocasional, el francés Viken Arman, con sus grooves modulares, jazz, house, minimal y hip hop… junto al productor berlinés Jo.Ke, con más de 350 millones de reproducciones, incluyendo… De su tema “Who Loves The Sun”, que era el sonido de Ibiza.

El día 3, house/techno/dub del ibicenco y mundialmente aclamado Maceo Plex, más el techno melódico del egipcio Raxon.

Una semana después, el 9, Roger Sanchez, baterista de Stasi Sanlin de Asia Central, y el techno afro/melódico, sonaron como “EL” Roger Sanchez, el hedonista francés de “Soundtuary”, Apache, junto con el creador de éxitos dance Sébastien Leger y el pianista progresivo b2b Roy Rosenfeld, el día 10.

El 16, el gigante holandés del house/techno Joris Voorn y el líder de las listas de Beatport, Patrice Bäumel, darán lo suyo, antes de que el 17 lleguen Sam Divine, la “Reina de Defected Records”, y la gira del dubstep al house, Route 94.

Una semana después, el 23, llega el ibicenco y DJ global Butch, el maestro de la batería y DJ Toman, del minimal al deep house. Un capricho antes del fin de semana con el selector neoyorquino Dennis Ferrer y el británico DJ Wheats, del deep house “wonky” el 29; el 30, el deep house del parisino Alex Wann con el trío de ritmos vibrantes Avangart Tabldot.

El calor se extiende hasta el ardiente junio con el inventor del “techno de concierto” berlinés Jan Blomqvist (en directo) y la nostalgia eufórica de Colyn el 6. ¡Ufff!

Chinois Ibiza’s fourth and biggest season yet springs into May with a scorcher of a party line-up! No wonder the likes of Roger Sanchez, Maceo Plex, Joris Voorn, Patrice Bäumel, Sam Divine, Jan Blomqvist, Acid Pauli… come to Chinois, ‘the club of Ibiza’ soaked in the spirit of the White Isle and its people – an inclusive, diverse community nestled in Ibiza’s marina, inside the Gran Hotel, a refreshing change from the superclubs from the dancefloor up. As the first club to open in Ibiza this summer, and after kicking off with a run of spectacular April events, May just continues the party…

FRIDAY May 2^nd opens with Germany’s Acid Pauli’s live/DJ eclectic house/techno + sometime collab partner French Viken Arman’s modular grooves, jazz, house, minimal, hip hop…alongside Berlin producer Jo.Ke, with over 350 million streams inc. of his track ‘Who Loves The Sun’ which was the sound of Ibiza.

On 3^rd it’s house/techno/dub from Ibiza- & world-adored Maceo Plex, + Egypt’s Raxon’s melodic techno.

A week later, it’s ‘THE’ Roger Sanchez, central Asia’s Stasi Sanlin’s drummer/afro/melodic techno, on 9^th, then French ‘Soundtuary’ hedonist Apache w. dance hit-maker Sebastien Leger b2b progressive piano man Roy Rosenfeld on 10^th.

On 16^th, Dutch house/techno giant Joris Voorn AND Beatport chart-topper Patrice Bäumel do their stuff, before 17^thbrings ‘Queen of Defected Records’ Sam Divine and dubstep-to-house traveller Route 94.

A week later it’s Ibiza boy & global DJ Butch, drum maestro & minimal to deep house DJ Toman on 23^rd. A pre-weekend treat with NYC’s soulful selector Dennis Ferrer + UK’s deep ‘wonky’ house DJ Wheats on 29^th; on 30^th, Parisian Alex Wann’s deep house w. groove-grabbing trio Avangart Tabldot.

The heat goes on into flaming June with Berlin’s ‘concert techno’ inventor Jan Blomqvist (live) and euphoric nostalgia from Colyn on 6^th. PHEW!
